Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of web developers, ensuring timely, high-quality SEO implementations
• Oversee tasks like content uploads, metadata, technical SEO fixes, URL redirects, and navigation updates
• Maintain accuracy, technical integrity, and platform-specific standards (WordPress, Shopify, Magento)
• Troubleshoot code issues (PHP, JavaScript, HTML) and web-related bugs across client sites
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create functional, user-friendly interfaces
• Manage client communications and escalations related to web implementations

Qualifications

• A degree in web development, computer science, digital marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role managing technical or web development teams
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and SEO implementation practices
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining attention to detail
